Full Biography

Evabritt Strandberg, born on April 7, 1943, is a Swedish actress and singer with roots in the artist-rich Strandberg family. She has two children, Lina Wollter from her marriage to Sven Wollter, and Matti Berenett from her marriage to Lars-Erik Berenett. Originally aiming to be a veterinary physician but falling short in math, physics, and chemistry, she pursued acting instead, graduating from the Royal Dramatic Training Academy in 1965. Strandberg worked at various Swedish theaters between 1965 and 1983, including the Royal Dramatic Theatre, National Swedish Touring Theatre, and Gothenburg City Theatre. In her music career, she released an LP 'En sång ett vapen' in 1965, interpreting songs by Jacques Brel, Édith Piaf, Lars Forssell, and Cornelis Vreeswijk. She received the Cornelis Vreeswijk Scholarship in 1995.
