Anita Strindberg, born Anita Edberg, was a Swedish actress who gained prominence in Italian giallo films during the 1970s. She started her career in 'gialli' with 'Una lucertola con la pelle di donna' (1971) and secured her first lead role in 'La coda dello scorpione' later that year. In 1972, she starred in two more giallo films: 'Chi l'ha vista morire?' with George Lazenby and the cult classic 'Il tuo vizio è una stanza chiusa e solo io ne ho la chiave' with Luigi Pistilli and Edwige Fenech. After the early 1970s, Strindberg acted in various genre films such as 'Diario segreto da un carcere femminile', 'L'anticristo', and 'Milano odia: la polizia non può sparare'.
