Australian actress Jessica Tovey, born November 10, 1987, graduated from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts and gained prominence for her role as Belle Taylor on 'Home and Away' (2006-2009), earning two Logie Award nominations. She became the face of Skechers and appeared in 'Underbelly: The Golden Mile' (2010) and 'Paper Giants: The Birth of Cleo' (2011).
