Jessica Lange was born on April 20, 1949. She rose to prominence with her debut role as Dwan in Dino De Laurentiis's 'King Kong' (1976), for which she received a Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year. Throughout her career, Lange has been recognized with numerous accolades, including two Academy Awards, three Primetime Emmy Awards, and a Tony Award. She is known for her versatile roles in films like 'Tootsie' (1982), 'Frances' (1982), and 'Blue Sky' (1994), as well as TV series such as 'American Horror Story'. Lange has also published photography books and held UNICEF's Goodwill Ambassador position.
