Kate McNeil, born in 1959, is an American television actress who began her career on 'As the World Turns' in 1981. She appeared in films like 'The House on Sorority Row' (1983) and 'Monkey Shines' (1988), and TV miniseries such as 'Kane & Abel' (1985). In the 1990s, she starred in the final three Waltons TV movies and appeared on shows like 'Babylon 5'. Kate McNeil attended Harriton High School in Rosemont, Pennsylvania and earned a Master's degree in Special Education at Cal State Northridge.
