"Sylvia Wright's film career bore the hallmarks of a cinematic bombshell in bloom. Her debut came with Terror on Tour (1980), a comedic horror musical centered around the enigmatic rock band, The Clowns, suspected of murdering prostitutes. Yet, this was merely her appetizer. She then starred in Bloody Birthday (1981), a horror film featuring preteen killers, where Wright famously played 'The Girl in the Van', a role that required her to appear topless. Her final credited appearance was in Sizzle Beach, U.S.A., alternatively known as Malibu Hot Summer (1981). This film showcased Wright's assets in all their glory, with ample displays of breasts, bush, and butt."

Story
In 1970, during a total solar eclipse, three children are born in the same hospital. Ten years later, these children have grown into heartless killers due to the eclipse blocking Saturn's influence over emotions. They commit murders using innocent disguises and weapons like umbrellas and birthday candles. A young boy named Timmy and his teenage sister Beverly become endangered when they stumble upon the true identity of the killers after witnessing one of their crimes.
