He gets a job as a department store Santa Claus but suffers from flashbacks and traumatic memories when he sees two co-workers having sex in the store. This triggers his descent into madness, leading him to dress up as Santa Claus and embark on a killing spree during Christmas Eve. The film follows Billy's bloody rampage through various victims, including his former coworkers, his abusive Mother Superior, and others who've been naughty.
