Full Biography

Anémone (Anne Bourguignon), born August 9, 1950 in Bordeaux, France, was a French actress and screenwriter known for her roles in films like 'Péril en la demeure' (1985). She began her career with the Splendid troupe at café-théâtre before gaining prominence with roles in comedies such as 'Ma Femme S'Appelle Reviens' (1974) and 'Le Quart d'Heure Américain' (1981), and winning a César for Best Actress for 'Le Grand Chemin' (1986). She retired from acting in 2017 and died on April 30, 2019 at age 68 from lung cancer.

Story

David, hired as a guitar teacher for the teenage daughter of a wealthy couple, quickly becomes involved in an affair with the wife. Meanwhile, he befriends Daniel, a stranger who saves him from a mugging and admits to being a hitman. Videos of their activities start appearing in their mail, leading David to suspect the neighbor and Daniel to believe the husband has hired someone to kill him. Daniel confesses to David that he's been hired to murder the husband. A complex web of manipulation ensues, involving murder, suicide, a payoff, more videos, and an unexpected pairing.
