Susan Tyrrell, born Susan Jillian Creamer on March 18, 1945, was an American character actress known for her talent in portraying downtrodden and outré characters. She began her career in New York City theater before making her film debut in 'Shoot Out' (1971). Tyrrell received critical acclaim for her roles; she was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for 'Fat City' (1972) and won the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress for 'Bad' (1977). Her distinctive style earned her the description of having a 'whiskey-voiced' delivery.

Story

Storie di ordinaria follia follows Charles Serking, an alcoholic and sex addicted poet who has a sexual encounter with a young girl after giving a lecture to a group of bored students. He then travels to Los Angeles where he continues his promiscuous lifestyle, having sex with various women, each encounter growing more bizarre than the last. Upon meeting Cass, a gorgeous but self-destructive prostitute in a bar, Charles finds himself falling deeply in love.
