Story

Jeffrey 'The Dude' Lebowski, an unemployed LA slacker who loves bowling and White Russians, finds himself mistaken for a millionaire with the same name. Two thugs urinate on his rug to coerce him into paying a debt he knows nothing about. The Dude seeks compensation from the wealthy Jeffrey Lebowski but ends up accepting a one-time job involving a large sum of money. He enlists his bowling buddy Walter, a gun-toting Jewish-convert with anger issues. However, deception leads to more trouble as various parties, including porn empire tycoons and nihilists, become involved.
