Kelli McCarty, born September 6, 1969, is an American actress and former beauty queen. She won Miss USA in 1991 as Miss Kansas USA, becoming the first from her state to do so, and was a finalist at Miss Universe. Transitioning into acting, she played Beth Wallace on 'Passions' (1999-2006), totaling 284 episodes, and had recurring roles in shows like 'Even Stevens' and 'Beverly Hills, 90210'.
