"Kelly Ryan hails from Fort Lauderdale, a city renowned for its sun-kissed skies and sandy shores, which also gained notoriety during spring break festivities. Besides her acting prowess, Kelly is a talented singer-songwriter who masterfully plays the acoustic guitar, harmonica, and percussion instruments. We'd love to see her add organ to her repertoire! Years ago, she ventured westward to attend the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco. Post-graduation, she moved to Hollywood where she secured roles such as 'Party Girl' in the independent film Dark Spiral (1999) and 'Werewolf Woman' in Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez's homage to double features, Grindhouse (2007). She also appeared alongside Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks in Steven Spielberg's period drama The Post (2017), indicating her comfort among industry heavyweights. Her television credits include guest spots on Children's Hospital (2012), Good Girls Revolt (2016), and Johnson (2021). Prior to these, she earned a Best Actress nomination at Method Fest for her role as an exhibitionist mom in Turn Around (2010).
