Alyson Bath was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to an English-French mother and Portuguese father. At a young age, she was scouted by a modeling agency but initially struggled with the attention, covering her face during her first runway show due to shyness. However, Alyson developed a passion for acting after participating in school plays, inspired by her ability to transform into different characters. She studied acting at various schools in Toronto and Vancouver, with Richard McKenna being particularly influential as he taught the Stanislavsky method.
