Full Biography

Alice Maud Krige, born in South Africa, attended Rhodes University where she earned degrees in psychology and literature before specializing in drama. She moved to London and acted in a BBC production before gaining international recognition for her role in 'Chariots of Fire' (1981). Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Krige starred in various film and stage productions. Notably, she played the Borg Queen in 'Star Trek: First Contact' (1994) and reprised the role in 'Star Trek: Voyager' and 'Borg Invasion 4-D'. After achieving success, she married writer/director Paul Schoolman and they live an itinerant lifestyle, maintaining a home in the U.S. while working abroad.

Story
