Story
Three friends - an innocent one named Neely and her worldly roommates Ginger and Ducky - head to the beach for vacation. They stay at Neely's uncle's beach house. One night, a drug smuggling captain, either Captain Bly or Captain Jack depending on the source, abandons his marijuana cargo, which washes up on their shore.
