After attending Chesapeake High School, she began modeling at age thirteen, working for companies like American Dream Girl and Hawaiian Tropic before becoming the Playmate of the Month in May 2002's 'Playboy'. Shake has since appeared in various Playboy videos and TV shows such as 'The Girls Next Door' and 'Howard Stern', and was featured in Kid Rock's music video for 'God Knows Why'.
