Full Biography

Allison Mackie, born January 25, 1960 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, is an actress known for her roles in films such as 'Sliver' (1993), 'Original Sin' (2001), and 'Those People' (2015). She stands at 5'5.5" tall and is the cousin of C. Courtney Joyner. Mackie graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio, after which she moved to New York City to train at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater and the Actor's Studio. During her time at Neighborhood Playhouse, she co-founded a theater company called the Actor's Group of New York with Joanne Woodward, Allison Janney, Dylan McDermott, Mark Moses, Matthew Carnahan, and other artists.

Story

Eden is an exclusive tropical resort owned by brothers Grant and Josh Sinclair. After Grant's death, his widow Eve must remarry to maintain ownership of the resort. Meanwhile, their friend Murdock arrives at Eden. The series follows Eve's struggle to keep control of the resort while catering to its wealthy and demanding clientele who seek indulgence in their private desires. Amidst this, Eve finds herself caught in a power struggle with members of her inner circle for control of Eden.
