Sarah Jessica Parker, born March 25, 1965, is an American actress and producer who gained worldwide recognition for her role as Carrie Bradshaw on HBO's 'Sex and the City' (1998-2004), a role that earned her numerous accolades including six Golden Globe Awards and two Primetime Emmy Awards. She reprised the role in subsequent films and the series 'And Just Like That...'. Before 'Sex and the City', Parker made her Broadway debut at age 11 and starred in films like 'Footloose' (1984) and 'Hocus Pocus' (1993). After 'Sex and the City', she returned to television in 'Glee' (2012), 'Divorce' (2016-2019), and continues to produce content through her company Pretty Matches.
