Synopsis
Steven, a handsome and multi-talented man, is an expert seducer who craves intimacy with women but finds that all his relationships end tragically. He meets Anne, a strong woman who seems different from his usual partners. However, their relationship takes a dark turn as it becomes clear that only one of them will survive.

Résumé
Wisdom of Crocodiles (1998) is a mystery-romance film directed by Po-Chih Leong. The movie explores the destructive nature of Steven's relationships with women through his intense desire for intimacy. He finds himself drawn to Anne, but their bond proves fatal according to the film's title, which is taken from Francis Bacon's observation about crocodiles shedding tears while devouring their prey.
