Synopsis
Author Joel Garcia suffers a broken neck while hiking, rendering him paraplegic. He finds himself in a rehabilitation center alongside Raymond, an exaggerated womanizer, and Bloss, a racist biker. The three men struggle to cope with their newfound handicaps and the challenges that come with them. Joel's girlfriend Anna also faces difficulties dealing with his condition. Tension builds among the trio as they attempt to adjust to their new lives. Raymond shares a dream about dancing on water to stay afloat, symbolizing each character's need to find their own unique 'Waterdance' to overcome their tragedies.
