Synopsis
A young Romanian woman, Anne (played by Asia Argento), escapes from a psychiatric clinic and meets a recovering drug addict named Mario (played by Christopher Rydell). Anne's parents are subsequently murdered by a serial killer known as The Headhunter who strikes only when it rains. Anne and Mario team up to investigate the murders themselves. They discover that all the victims have a connection to a particular operation performed years ago.

Résumé
Trauma is an Italian-American horror-thriller film directed by Dario Argento in 1993. The movie revolves around Anne, an anorexic young woman struggling with mental health issues and Mario, her newfound ally who is battling drug addiction. The story takes a dark turn when Anne's parents are brutally murdered by The Headhunter, leading Anne and Mario to embark on their own investigation into the crimes.
