Synopsis
Mike, an avid horror movie fan who constantly expects to encounter monsters, joins his friends on a weekend trip to a remote lakeside cabin. Upon arrival, Mike feels something isn't right and grows increasingly paranoid about potential dangers lurking around them. His fears seem confirmed when they discover a strange substance oozing from the lake water. Soon after, bizarre occurrences start happening: one of their cars won't start, a local man goes into a fit at their presence, and animals begin to behave erratically. Tensions rise among the group as Mike tries to convince them that something supernatural is behind these events. The situation escalates when they witness a creature emerging from the lake, leading to a series of bloody encounters.
