Synopsis
Peyton Flanders (Rebecca De Mornay), seeking revenge against Claire Bartel (Annabella Sciorra) whom she blames for her miscarriage and husband's death, applies to be the nanny of Claire's newborn. Under the guise of a sweet and caring caretaker, Peyton aims to destroy Claire's family from within. As Claire begins to suspect Peyton's true intentions, she must fight against Peyton's calculated deception before it's too late.

Directed by Curtis Hanson in 1992, 'The Hand That Rocks the Cradle' is a suspenseful psychological thriller that explores themes of betrayal, revenge, and maternal obsession.
