Synopsis
After experiencing a traumatic event, acclaimed actress Emily Moore and her psychiatrist husband Robert escape to a remote Mediterranean island for vacation. On their first night, a young woman arrives at their house, hysterical and covered in blood after her boyfriend's death during a hiking accident. Despite Emily's reservations, Robert offers to take her in. However, the young woman's suggestive behavior towards Robert begins to raise suspicions in Emily about her true intentions.

Résumé
Stranger Within is a Danish erotic thriller directed by Adam Neutzsky-Wulff and released in 2013. The film stars Rebecca Hall as Emily Moore, a famous actress seeking refuge with her psychiatrist husband on a secluded island after an unspecified traumatic ordeal. Their peaceful vacation is disrupted when a mysterious young woman arrives at their doorstep, claiming to be lost and needing help.
