Synopsis
Archaeology professor and his assistants discover an ancient tomb beneath Rome while conducting a dig. They proceed to translate the inscriptions surrounding the tomb, which warn of an imprisoned maleficent spirit. By the time they realize the severity of their discovery, it might already be too late. Meanwhile, Alice, an actress, singer, and girlfriend of one of the assistants named Marcus, becomes entangled in these events.

Résumé
Spettri is a 1987 Italian horror film directed by Marcello Avallone. The movie revolves around an archaeological excavation uncovering a long-forgotten tomb in Rome, which awakens an ancient evil.
