Synopsis
Micky Adams, an eccentric has-been rock musician living in his bizarre home, finds himself losing touch with reality as his record label considers dropping him due to his 'unique' new albums. In a bid to escape the mailroom, young intern Charlie Porter is assigned the task of traveling to Micky's residence and persuading him to relinquish his contract. Initially reluctant, Micky comes to see Charlie as a potential key to an artistic breakthrough and their unlikely friendship blossoms. Through their bond, both Micky and Charlie gain valuable perspectives on the music industry, life, love, and the space between.
