Synopsis
Sordid Lives revolves around the Rodriguez family in a small Texas town preparing for the funeral of their mother, Peggy. The story unfolds around several eccentric characters: Ty, the grandson struggling to find his identity after moving from West Hollywood; G.W., the son who has spent over two decades dressed as Tammy Wynette; Nawanda and LaVonda, the sister and her best friend living in kitschy homes; and the daughters, Odessa, who is strait-laced, and Sissy, who is a bit of a loser. As they gather for the funeral, old secrets and dysfunctional family dynamics are brought to light.
