Synopsis
The movie 'Sliding Doors' explores two parallel storylines that stem from a single moment: whether Helen catches her tube train back home after work. In one timeline, she makes it and returns to find her boyfriend having an affair with her best friend, leading to a series of dramatic events including losing her job, moving out of their shared apartment, and eventually finding success as an independent publicist in London. In the other timeline, she misses the train due to helping a stranger on the platform, arrives home late to find everything seemingly normal, keeps her job, but faces a different set of romantic entanglements and life challenges.
