Synopsis
Esther Woodhouse, heavily pregnant, is brutally attacked and disfigured by an unknown assailant while returning home from her prenatal appointment. After this traumatic event, Esther finds solace in a support group, where she forms friendships that bring acceptance into her previously lonely life. However, these new relationships prove dangerous as Esther's attackers seem to be connected to someone within the group.
