Synopsis
In 1993, Lina, a Lebanese student, arrives in Paris to pursue her studies at a French university. Initially expecting a peaceful life away from the chaos of Lebanon, she soon realizes that the city is not immune to its own forms of turmoil. Throughout her time in Paris, Lina navigates the challenges and experiences of living abroad while also discovering an inner strength and self-confidence she didn't know she had.

Résumé
'Peur de rien' (2015), directed by Danielle Arbid, is a drama-comedy that follows Lebanese student Lina as she moves to Paris in pursuit of higher education. Set against the backdrop of the early '90s, the film explores themes of displacement, self-discovery, and finding one's place in the world amidst chaos. Despite its foreign setting, Lina finds that her new life in Paris is not entirely different from what she left behind in Lebanon.
