Synopsis
In Brazil during the early 1970s amidst political repression and turmoil under military dictatorship, 'Os Dias Eram Assim' tells the story of Alice, an inquisitive student, and Renato, an idealistic doctor who fall deeply in love. However, their love is tested by family feuds and the country's instability which affects their lives and dreams.
