Synopsis
Océan (short) is set during the summer of 1979 at the beach. Ten-year-old Jean realizes that his parents' marriage is on the rocks; they no longer love each other. Suddenly, the family is confronted with death, an event that forces Jean to grapple with the complexities of life, its violence and human weakness. This realization marks the end of Jean's childhood innocence.

Résumé
Océan (short) is a coming-of-age drama directed by Emmanuel Laborie in 2013.
