Synopsis
O Dia da Caça follows Nando, a former drug dealer turned mechanic in Brasília who is coerced by corrupt federal agent Branco into smuggling drugs from Colombia to Manaus. Accompanied by his gay friend Vander, they embark on this dangerous mission but soon realize they've been set up. Upon returning to Manaus with the cocaine, they discover that their contact Yves and his men have been murdered, and Nando's own life is at risk. Meanwhile, French journalist Raul Bual exposes the police corruption, further complicating matters for Nando and Vander. Seeking revenge against Branco and his allies, they team up with Monalise, Yves' girlfriend, to evade capture and outwit their enemies in a deadly game of cat and mouse through the Amazon rainforest.
