Synopsis
In 'Noyade interdite', Inspector Molinat from the Parisian police force finds himself transferred to a small coastal town in the Atlantic due to his past associations with the locale. He's assigned to investigate the case of a man discovered dead on the beach with a bullet lodged in his ear, which initially appears as an accident or suicide. As Molinat delves deeper into the investigation, he uncovers connections between the victim and various residents of the town, including a local politician and a wealthy businessman. The plot thickens as more murders occur, all bearing similarities to the first case.
