Synopsis
Timoteo (Sergio Castellitto), a surgeon, recalls his passionate affair with Italia (Penélope Cruz) while awaiting his daughter Angela's brain surgery due to a motorcycle accident. The ghost of Italia haunts Timoteo's memories as he reflects on their past.
