Synopsis
During Spring Break in Miami, Florida, several teenagers are found electrocuted at the beach. The deaths bear similarities to a recent unsolved case involving biker gang leader Edward 'Diablo' Santer who was executed for murder but claimed innocence and vowed revenge from the grave. When another mysterious biker arrives in town during the festivities, suspicion grows that Diablo's ghost has returned to carry out his vengeance.
