Synopsis
Giacomo, a 35-year-old introverted curmudgeon who avoids social interaction, loses his job and is left by his wife. Coincidentally, he gets locked in the women's bathroom of an avant-garde cinema with the owner's small dog. Initially, Giacomo sees this as an opportunity to hide from his problems and feels safe and secure, likening it to being back in his mother's womb. His unusual predicament goes viral, turning him into a local phenomenon and drawing daily visitors seeking his 'wisdom'. Meanwhile, he develops a bond with the cinema owner. The story then explores how Giacomo navigates his newfound fame and tries to reconcile his old life with his current situation, eventually needing to decide whether or not to leave the bathroom.
