Synopsis
The film follows Enzo, a young outlaw in Rome who accidentally gains superpowers after being affected by radioactive waste in the Tiber waters. He interprets this as a reward for never having successfully entered the criminal world. Meanwhile, Enzo meets Alessia, who believes he is the personification of the hero from an animated manga cartoon called Steel Jeeg that she used to watch.
