Synopsis
In Victorian London, a series of brutal murders has occurred, leading the superstitious public to blame a mythical creature known as the Limehouse Golem. Detective Inspector John Kildare of Scotland Yard is assigned to investigate these crimes and finds himself in the midst of fear and panic. As he delves deeper into the case, he discovers that the victims are all connected through their attendance at music hall performances featuring a popular singer named Elizabeth Cree. The narrative unfolds with flashbacks revealing the life of Elizabeth, her husband John Cree, and their relationship leading up to his mysterious death.
