Levottomat 3 follows Jonna, a successful ad executive in her thirties who leads a double life. She has a seemingly perfect home life with her architect husband Niklas and their two small children, but she secretly engages in frequent casual sex encounters outside of her marriage. When she starts an affair with Aleksi, a wealthy yacht owner, her personal and professional life begins to unravel. Jonna's artist sister Sanna helps cover up for her secret rendezvous, while TV sex therapist Nora attempts to assist Jonna in addressing her sexual addiction.

Levottomat 3 is the third installment in the Levottomat series, which explores themes of infidelity, sexuality, and addiction.
