Synopsis
In Madrid DF of 2012, Lola Otero, known as the ugliest woman in the world, suffers abuse from the public until she turns 18 when a surgery transforms her into a beautiful woman. However, when an old woman's mutilated corpse is discovered, Lola becomes the prime suspect.
