Synopsis
In colonial Australia, the daughter of a judge aids a group of female convicts residing in harsh conditions to escape from their prison. An aboriginal girl guides them through survival in the wilderness. Tragedy strikes when one of the escaped women is raped and murdered by an unknown assailant. Seeking justice and revenge, the group decides to confront their attacker.
