Synopsis
Jonathan, a 23-year-old man living with his aunt Martha on their farm, also cares for his cancer-stricken father Burghardt. When Ron, Jonathan's childhood friend and Burghardt's former lover, reappears after years of absence, it triggers a series of revelations about the family's past. It is discovered that Burghardt was once deeply in love with Ron, which leads to tension between father and son as Jonathan struggles with his feelings about his father's sexuality and his own identity.
