Synopsis
John Berlin, a big-city cop from Los Angeles, relocates to a small-town police force in Northern California. He immediately finds himself investigating a murder, using theories rejected by his colleagues. During this investigation, he meets Helena, a young blind woman whom he is attracted to. Meanwhile, a serial killer is on the loose, and John is the only one aware of their presence due to a severed hand found at the crime scene being linked to previous murders. John's attraction to Helena grows as he protects her from potential danger, while trying to solve the case.

Résumé
Jennifer Eight is a neo-noir mystery thriller directed by Bruce Robinson in 1992. Set in Northern California, the film follows John Berlin, a city cop who moves to a small town and finds himself entangled in a murder investigation involving a serial killer.
