Synopsis
Nick Starkey, once a policeman but forced out due to scandal, is taken back into the fold after a serial killer begins terrorizing the city. Working alongside his former partner Frank, Nick tries to uncover the killer's identity and motives while navigating a web of corruption and bribery that threatens to ensnare Frank's wife as well. The story unfolds as Nick races against time to set a trap for the killer without involving the compromised police force.
