Histoire
In extremis begins with a grenade robbery that bears the trademark of Rock, but is actually committed by Tango, a professional poker gambler. Enraged, Rock sets out to find the culprit and abducts Alice, Tango's mistress, intending to force Tango into committing more robberies for him. However, Rock surprisingly doesn't insist on his demand, possibly because he finds himself drawn to Alice. Despite their initial enmity, Rock and Tango eventually become friends. Meanwhile, police superintendent Luther closes in on Rock.
