Synopsis
The movie 'Il giorno in più' follows Giaccomo, one of two forty-year-old men working at the same company in Milan. To avoid working on weekends, Giaccomo claims to have a girlfriend whom he describes based on a woman he sees every morning on a tram. His coworker Dante knows his lie but goes along with it. The story revolves around Giaccomo's attempt to maintain this fabrication and the comedic situations that ensue.
