Synopsis
A year after unknowingly running over and killing a fisherman while driving with her friends, Julie James is still haunted by his ghostly image. Her relationship with boyfriend Ray Bronson has become strained due to these visions. When Julie's best friend Karla Wilson wins free tickets to the Bahamas, they all decide to go for a vacation to help Julie relax. However, upon arrival at their resort, someone begins stalking and killing them one by one. It soon becomes apparent that this new killer might be connected to the fisherman they killed the year before.
