Synopsis
In 'Homesman', pious and independent-minded Mary Bee Cuddy takes it upon herself to transport three women driven mad by harsh frontier life from Nebraska Territory to Iowa. She engages the help of a drifter named George Briggs, and together with the three women, they embark on a challenging journey eastwards. Their path is marked by psychological peril and constant threat as they traverse the Nebraska Territories.
