Synopsis
Jack, a pool cleaner in Las Vegas, becomes entangled with his mobster employer's wife, leading to him being chased by goons sent by the mobster. Seeking refuge, Jack convinces his best friend Pilot to flee with him. Pilot insists on going to Seattle but keeps his reasons hidden from Jack. On their journey, they pick up Cassie, a distressed young woman who becomes close with Jack. They also encounter an aging stoner headed to Seattle for Kurt Cobain's memorial and help a circus sideshow family along the way. The goons are hot on their trail, aiming to break Jack's feet. Meanwhile, Pilot remains fixated on reaching Seattle, while Jack struggles with his feelings for Cassie. The outcome of these competing needs remains uncertain.

Highway (2002) is an American action-adventure-drama film directed by James Cox.
